Blueberry Muffins

Delicious Blueberry Muffin Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk or Regular Milk
  • 2 cup Blueberries washed in Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak
  • 3 tsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 *note you will reduce to 350 when putting muffins in
  2. Soak Blueberries in Thieves Fruit and Veggie Wash
  3. Cream the Butter and 1 1/4 cups of sugar until light and fluffy
  4. Add eggs, Mix
  5. Add Vanilla and Buttermilk, Mix
  6. Sift Flour, Salt, and Baking Soda, Mix
  7. Mash half of the Blueberries and Add to the Mix
  8. Fold in remaining Blueberries
  9. Line Cupcake Pan and fill with Batter leaving 1/3 at top for rising space
  10. Sprinkle the 3 tsp of Sugar on tops and Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
