4 Ingredient Stuffed Peppers

Cook Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10+ Peppers
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese
  • 32 oz Sausage
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven to 400°
  2. Brown the Sausage.
  3. Slice the Peppers. You can do this is sliced sliders like I did or remove the seeds and stuff the whole pepper.
  4. Mix the cooked Sausage with the Cream Cheese and Cheddar Cheese.
  5. Spread the ingredients onto or into the peppers.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy brown.
